On June 7, 2024, the United Nations General Assembly, on the 100th anniversary of the development of Quantum Mechanics, officially declared 2025 as the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQ2025).

Library 2024 summer opening hours and closures :

• 29 July to 10 August reduced opening  hours 8.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• 12 to 23 August closed
• 26 to 30 August reduced opening hours 8.30 a.m. to 2 p.m
• from 1 September regular opening hours

Article request (NILDE) and interlibrary loan (ILL) services will be suspended from Aug 5 to 31.

In correspondence with the suspension of classes and the closure of the Department, the Library will be CLOSED from March 28 to April 2
