WEBINAR Springer Materials: How to find the data you need for your research

 

On Thursday, June 13, at 2 p.m., the Library, in collaboration with publisher Springer, is hosting a webinar on TEAMS: “Springer Materials: How to find the data you need for your research” remotely via TEAMS: click HERE to participate (Meeting ID: 357; 404 802 644 Passcode: 9jwnKY).
Springer Materials is a Library System subscription from January 2024, covering more than 300,000 materials and more than 3,000 chemical and physical properties (info here).
The webinar is designed for researchers and scholars in materials science, physics, chemistry, engineering and other related fields.
Topics will include:
- What is Springer Material and how it can support scientific research
- How to find material properties using Springer Materials
- Practical examples of how you can save time finding the exact
information you need

During this webinar, you will learn how to use the platform, its
visualisation and search functions, and will be shown practical
example searches.

A Q&A session will be scheduled.
The webinar will last 60 minutes and will be held in English.
